After a successful career as a teacher, Sharon took on a new challenge in the merchandising field working for national chain stores. Using her sense of leadership and her training ability, she won numerous awards for sales and profitability. When she left that industry, she was responsible for stores in five states and over 50 million in sales.

Seeing a limitless opportunity, Sharon purchased a small, local cleaning company grossing under $100K with four employees. Drawing on her expertise and experience, Sharon grew the “little cleaning business” to a regional firm servicing commercial and residential accounts all along the Treasure Coast of Florida.

Sharon sold her Million Dollar Company to pursue coaching and mentoring opportunities and requests for help from business owners. Her concise, no-nonsense approach make her workhops, seminars and teleconferences must attend events for every cleaning company owner. Sharon’s core values are basic to success in business. Sharon brings all of her skills together as a teacher, marketer, business entrepreneur, and speaker as well as a seasoned pro in the cleaning business to help individuals establish a new or grow an existing janitorial business.
